Today I saw Doctor Gillian Macfarlane. She was excellent very thorough. She also is very friendly.Studholme medical centre has been my Doctors for over 30 years. In that time I have always been treated well.

Dr Macfarlane and Dr Kunert are absolutely brilliant and so helpful with women's problems especially.
I can not fault the surgery at all and always find the staff very helpful and always manage to get an appointment even on the same day. Which with 3 young children is imperative.
I trust every doctor and the nurse practisioners are also brilliant!
Thanks so much for an amazing service that you provide and the care that you give our community!

The receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. I would recommend some general customer service training! It would not hurt them to be friendly!

After my regular GP retired, I have no idea of whom my GP now is. I am not a frequent visitor to the GP so find it frustrating when I can't get an appointment when I want one. I have been trying to book a routine appointment using the telephone service with any GP. I have not been able to do this for the last week. No appointment available. Surely if you have no appointments to book then you shouldn't advertise this.

Whilst the doctors may be good (although most recent experience would not support this), the wrap around care is appalling. Receptionists are abrupt, rude and unhelpful. It is impossible to get appointment or get anyone to answer phone. Major mistakes been made in handling recent issues with my father and this surgery do not care. This is not been an isolated incident and even something like sorting out repeat prescriptions in way to suit patient seems beyond them. They have a very difficult job but do it without care or reference to fact that they exist to help the patient. I know it can be done well as my own home surgery are wonderful in equally difficult circumstances. I can't understand why patients don't go elsewhere. I know I would
